When will my Mobile get recharged after completing the order .. ?
Your mobile will be recharged as i when we receive your order and after confirmation that you have transferred funds to our bank. In general your mobile will be recharged within 1-3 minutes of time.
Note :- During server/bank site downtime they will be service delay.

I have mistyped my mobile no for recharge ... What shall i do ????
After you place an order with us ... we directly send the required recharge to Distibutors / Network provides and order gets completed instantly and amount also gets debited from our end. As the order gets completed we cannot refund you the amount.
Note - Plz check your mobile no. entered for recharge correctly.

I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons:
1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number.
2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code.
3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date.
4. You have used a cancelled credit card to place your order.
5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).
Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal.
If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website. If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number.
If you believe that you have provided us with an incorrect CVV code or expiration date you may send us that corrected information via e-mail referencing by the order number.
If you believe that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, you may ask that we attempt to charge your credit card again.
If you believe that your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions, you must either contact your bank about removing such restrictions, provide us with a different credit card, or choose a new payment method.

Till what time can the Mobile prepaid card be used?
Every recharge coupon or easyrecharge has a pre-defined calling value and a validity period. This means that you need to use the entire amount of your recharge within a certain time limit. In case you exceed the time limit or the coupon value, your number will be deactivated till such time as you renew your recharges. You will be given a grace period beyond this time limit to recharge your account. If the account is not recharged within the first xx days of the grace period, the balance if any, is forfeited.

What is Validity,Topup,Easy Recharge??
Validity - When you purchase an new SIM it has an expiry date (Validity) with talktime. If your talktime gets completed before Expiry you should use Topups to recharge and this topups will only have talktime, no validity period.
When your expiry dates comes nearer or completes you need to use the Validity recharge and the balance gets carry forwarded.
Topups are only used to have talktime to the existing validityperiod.
Note - For Life time cards Topups should only be used. Before recharging know the Validity period / Plan and Correct MRP value for that plan.
Easy Recharge - Customers need not enter any Voucher pins to recharge. After payment confirmation they get instant message that their mobile is recharged.
